 Agate – used for strength, courage, love, healing, protection and also for gardening. It has a projective energy and helps relieve stress. Agate is generally associated with the element of fire.
- Black agate is worn to enhance personal courage and success in competitive situations.
- Black and white agate is worn as an amulet to guard against physical dangers and has a receptive energy associated with the element of earth.
- Blue agate, also bearing a receptive energy, is associated with the element of water and used as an amulet to promote peace and happiness. It can also be used to de-stress oneself by holding in the hand.
