› I want to thank everyone for participating in my December Newsletter contest to find the title for my Christmas novella.  Some great ideas there.  The editors have not chosen one yet, but I drew names from the entries to win books and a taste of Godiva chocolate and the winners were:  Jody Faltys of Lincoln, Nebraska,  Kirsten Steins in the Netherlands, and Michele Rioli, Chesterton, IN. Congrats!

› Happy Holidays, everyone!

› I continue being swamped with writing and I still don't have titles or dates to share on my sheik trilogy. Details coming soon on those. But I can tell you that the book I'm writing for THE COLTONS OF MONTANA six-book series will be coming in August, 2010.

› More good news! I'm working on a Christmas short story! It will be included in a Silhouette Romantic Suspense anthology along with stories by authors Marilyn Pompano and Loreth Ann White! Publishing date is October 2010. There's no title yet for this book, but each one of the stories is a reunion romance tied in with the suspense. How perfect is that for the holidays?

› It's my birthday month!  (Yes, I'm a Virgo.)  And what do you think I'm doing to celebrate?  Working!  More deadlines mean more books for you to read next year.  So wish me well and check back here occasionally for news and contests!

› Congratulations to the winners of my Summer beach reading contest! Winners were: Linda Rorex, Fontana, CA and Patricia Barraclough, Jonesborough, TN and Theresa Buckholtz of Ohio was the grand prize winner! Congratulations!

August 2009

› Great News!  There will be another Coltons series, and I will writing one of the books!  This new mini-series will be another six books and it's to be called:  The Coltons: Montana!  Guess where it takes place.    My book is the second in the series and will be out in August 2010.  No title yet, but I can't wait til you read it!!

› I had a wonderful time at the Romance Writers of America national conference in Washington, DC.  A little drama, a lot of business talks, meeting new people and being with old friends.  Check out my new pictures on the Photos page!

› If you haven't already, don't forget to enter my contest!  I'm adding new books and fun things for any beach trip!
